About Bonnie Sassano Troy

Exceeding homeowners' expectations

While I may be a new real estate agent, I come with decades of experience meeting the needs of my community through my work as an advocate, and community service champion. I am the owner and operator of the well-regarded MoonBeam Gardens, a local landscaping company, specializing in organic gardening and sustainable Landcare practices.

I have met and exceeded homeowners’ expectations with aesthetics and sustainability at the forefront of my concepts and designs. Tuned into the local landscape, I provide in-depth knowledge of the Fairfield County, CT area that assists prospective buyers in acquiring their dream home. As a community member in Connecticut for over thirty years, I tap into my vast knowledge and well-rounded experience to connect buyers to the local cultural landscape. I advise upon property management and maintenance and share insights regarding the many opportunities and activities abundant in the area.
